Other anglers in action included Grant Abrehart with a new PB 33 lb common and another of 28 lb, from peg 7 on Cell.
Graham Bicknell landed three fish, the biggest a common of 27 lb.
And Andy Hall had commons of 22 lb 10 oz and 21 lb 6 oz (see photo below) from peg 11, while being there to witness the capture of Nemo by Josh Knight two pegs away, commenting: “Wow! What an amazing thing to be a part of and actually see him on the bank. It really blew my mind.”.
Jon Botting has sent in pictures of Friar Tuck at 31 lb 4 oz, reported two weeks ago, from peg 1 on an A2 Baits Creamy Toffee pop-up.
