Temple Lake Latest Catches week ending 17/5/20
The banks of Temple are busy with carp anglers eager to get outdoors and make the most of the good weather and prime time of year for fish feeding in numbers.
May has always been one of the best months on Temple, and the capture of Two Tone at 33 lb shows that the fish have not been spooked by the sudden arrival of lots of anglers after months of inactivity.
Full details of the capture have yet to be confirmed, because most of the anglers filling the 12-swim limit at the 15-swim lake (to allow anglers to move) are doing four- or five-day sessions, and usually report their catches at the end of their stint.
PLEASE NOTE: LEAD CORE IS BANNED ON BOTH TEMPLE AND THE OLD LAKE. PLEASE SEE KEN IN THE SHOP FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
