Milton Lake Latest Catches week ending 3/6/18

Milton Lake comes into its own at this time of year for tench, bream and crucians, along with a few bonus carp, either on waggler with a running line, or pole close in or up against the lily pads, where fish can often be lined up with a little-and-often loosefeeding approach.

Kevin Coppen, from Maidstone, had a busy session of 23 crucians and nine tench on float fished maggots.
While Alan Derbyshire fished a 13m pole and pellets over loosefed pellets and groundbait for a catch of crucians, roach and tench.
