Temple Lake Latest Catches week ending 5/8/18
Friar Tuck has been landed again at 32 lb 4 oz, two weeks after being caught at exactly the same weight.
The latest capture was by Jason Ostler, who was fishing peg 1 with Mainline Essential I.B. bottom baits, while the previous capture was to Matt White in a brace of ‘thirties’, also from peg 1.
Stephen Spear, from Crawley, was pleased with the 26 lb 8 oz mirror that he caught from peg 15 on an overnighter, using a Sticky Baits The Krill pop-up and a Manilla bottom bait in a snowman presentation, alongside a PVA bag of broken boilies.
And Justin Karstens landed a 25 lb common on a pop-up at peg 7, while his pal Aaron Hyde, from Essex, had a 20 lb common from peg 5 on a Mainline Cell wafter over a small amount of hemp.
PLEASE NOTE: LEAD CORE IS BANNED ON BOTH TEMPLE AND THE OLD LAKE. PLEASE SEE KEN IN THE SHOP FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
