Temple Lake Latest Catches week ending 28/7/19

It’s been a quieter week than of late on Temple, but that comes after a great run of catches, stretching back several months.
Over the past 13 weeks up to this one, all but two of them have produced 30 lb-plus carp, stretching back to April, and there were three ‘thirties’ caught for two of those weeks.
With water temperatures now having reached full summer level, and air temperature likely to soon have an edge of early autumn in it, with the arrival of August this week, the scene should soon be set for some memorable catches as the fish feel the urge to make the most of the warmth while it lasts.
