Temple Lake Latest Catches week ending 26/5/19

Temple Lake continued its run of form with a 35 lb 9 oz common carp to Barry Mogg, from Hounslow, along with a brace of 24 lb fish, both mirrors, at 24 lb 14 oz and 24 lb 6 oz.
Barry, who has had a brace of ‘thirties’ for over 70 lb from Temple in past seasons, was fishing peg 10 over five days, using Sticky Baits Manilla or Mainline Cell baits to the island or the lilies.
And bailiff Sam Sawyers had a brace of ‘twenties’ during a weekend visit, in the form of a 28 lb 12 oz mirror and a 23 lb 4 oz common from peg 5, on 14 mm DSTR Baits Nut-Trix bottom baits over a big bed of freebies, tight to the island margins.
