Temple regular Conor Cook was in action with a ‘thirty’ this week, his 32 lb 8 oz mirror (see photos) coming from peg 13 on a Mainline Cell boilie with a small PVA bag, fished in open water using a blowback rig.
Another regular, Gary Knight, had a 28 lb 2 oz mirror (see photo).
And local angler Sam Sawyers landed three carp, a 22 lb 10 oz common, a 21 lb common and a 16 lb fully scaled (see photos ), all from peg 11 on fake corn over half a tin of hemp.
Last week we reported how Clive Elson had achieved a personal best Temple Lake common with a fish of 30 lb 6 oz from peg 9. Clive has sent us a picture..
PLEASE NOTE: LEAD CORE IS BANNED ON BOTH TEMPLE AND THE OLD LAKE. PLEASE SEE KEN IN THE SHOP FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
