David started carp fishing with
his colleague and friend Chris Maltby, fishing many of the same Surrey big fish carp waters as well as other big fish
waters both in the UK and abroad.
Whilst David has caught countless big English twenties, an English thirty continues to eluded him whilst he has
caught foreign fish to 42lb 13oz during his frequent overseas trips. David also worked in the tackle industry and
as such has a very good knowledge of modern carp fishing tackle, bait and techniques.
