Huge tench and pike stocking starts! - 02 02 2009


The long awaited stocking of tench and pike into both the Old Lake and Milton Lake started this week with an initial stocking of 500lb of tench and 50 odd pike. Whilst all the pike which weighed between 3lb and 7lb were stocked into the Old Lake, the tench were split with the bigger fish 2lb to 5lb being stocked into the Old Lake and the smaller fish 1lb to 2lb being stocked into Milton.



A second stocking will take place next week weather permitting.
