Four thirties in 4 days! - 04 04 2008 Sean Howard was another angler to catch a Temple thirty, a stunning mirror weighing 31lb 4oz which Sean caught from the island margins. Sean fished swim 12 catching on a glugged popped up corn combined with a pva bag filled with spicy hemp. Carrying tag number 183888, Sean’s mirror is also at a record weight having last been scanned in June 2006 weighing 27lb 8oz. Not to be outdone, the Old Lake also produced its first thirty of the year, a stunning 33lb 4oz common, which we believe is at a new record weight. The lucky capture was Mark Peace who caught his new PB on a Dynamite pop up fished tight to the island from swim 75.
