Myself and a good friend had a days fishing on Weds, we decided to try our luck on Bonds, we setup and began to enjoy the fishing/scenery, a little later the Match on Milton started and unfortunately two fisherman were very loud with their converation so loud we moved lakes.
Just a little frustrating that two men did not take into consideration (A) No need to shout when your a peg apart (B) Others are fishing

Yeah I know how you feel, I really hate it when anglers do that!
You did the best thing though, move away and get on with enjoying your fishing.

Sorry to hear that Mattb but glad you still enjoyed your day. Unfortunately we live in a world where too many people not only anglers love the sound of their own voice. Angling has its fair share of them I am sorry to say.

Had a similar situation last summer fishing Bonds. Made the mistake of fishing during the summer hoildays. I was unfortunate enough to be three pegs up from two of the most obnoxious loud mouthed teenagers. After twice telling one to keep the noise down (which was baltantly ignorned) I watched as he lost the top section of his dads 16 metre pole which he made no seceret of the fact he had borrowed (without permission) at full length after hooking a carp and doing exactly what you shouldnt, buy pointing the pole directly at the hooked fish. My stifled laughter was short lived when he took his shoes off and proceeded to swim / wade out the top section which looked like a rather large Waggler being dragged around the surface. He packed up shortly after but the sheer ignorance and rudeness can ruin another persons days fishing.
