Managed by top flight angler Russ Evans with well-known local boy, Ken (The Nose) Collins helping out on Wednesdays and Sundays. Bury Hill’s new larger tackle and bait shop sells a much wider range of tackle and bait, which includes fresh maggots, casters and worms, we also stock a full range of end tackle for the match, pleasure and carp angler as well as a good range of sensibly priced rods and reels, poles and larger tackle items from companies such as Fox, Drennan, ESP, Preston, Korda, Wychwood, Shimano, Daiwa and Nash to name just a few.

On the bait front, we stock a huge range of hook and feeder baits, both fresh and shelf life from most of the leading bait suppliers including Mainline, Carp Company, Cotswold Baits, Dynamite Baits, Sensas, Nash and Richworth. Our fresh bait is supplied by Ouse Valley Baits, who are by far the very best maggot supplier in the south and during the winter months we also stock a good range of predator dead baits.

Our shop is open when you need it, from 7.30am in the week, or when we open if earlier and from when we open at weekends, which can be as early as 5.00am at weekends during the summer months until 6pm or when the fishery closes if earlier during the winter months!
